Clause utilizes advanced machine learning models (CoreML) to analyze legal text. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You are solely responsible for verifying any output generated by Clause with a qualified legal professional.
Your use of Clause does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the developers of Clause. The app should never be used as a substitute for professional legal counsel.
The application, including its code, design, and proprietary AI implementation, is the property of the Clause development team and is protected by international copyright laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Clause team shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from your reliance on the application's AI outputs.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
